    1. Evaluation of Village Government Implementation Information Report (LKPPD). The main materials practiced during the training include: [1] Realization/achievement of village income implementation, [2] Realization/achievement of village expenditure implementation, [3] Realization/achievement of village financing implementation, [4] Direct expenditure implementation policy, [5] Policy for implementing spending through providers, [6] Policy for spending through tenders, [7] Instrument for monitoring activities for preparing the RPJMdes, [8] Instrument for monitoring activities for preparing the RKPdes, [9] Instrument for monitoring activities for preparing the APBdes, [10] Instrument for monitoring village income source planning activities, [11] Instrument for monitoring village spatial planning activities, [12] Instrument for monitoring activities for implementing APBdes, [13] Instrument for monitoring non-APBdes implementation activities, [14] Instrument for monitoring activities for implementing reporting, [15] Simulation of exploring community aspirations regarding the implementation of the APBdes, [16] Preparation of the main ideas of the BPD, [17] Simulation of Village Deliberation implementing village development.

The main materials practiced during the training include: [1] Village financial policy, [2] Mapping of proposed activities, [3] Preparation of priority scale, [4] Technical survey of feasibility of proposed activities, photos/sketches of locations & volume calculations, [5] Activity design drawings, [6] Survey of prices for materials & tools, [7] Statement of agreement on payment of wages, [8] Statement of land grant from the community, [9] Statement of willingness not to ask for compensation, 10. Ability to be self-supporting and mutual cooperation , [11] Heavy equipment use plan, [12] Statement of community readiness to work, 13. Data on direct beneficiaries, [14] Cost Budget Plan (RAB), [15] Technical proposal for proposed activities, [16] Tables of RKPdes & DU-RKPdes, [17] Drafting RKPdes Manuscript, [18] Evaluation of the implementation of the previous year's RKPdes, [19] Examination of Activity Plans & Budget Plan (RAB) by the Verification Team, [20] Simulation of Village Deliberation (Musrenbang) RKPdes Musrenbang Simulation.

    4. Improving the Quality of Community Deliberation (MUSDES) on Village Development Planning. Drafting the agenda for the deliberation, [6] Drawing up the rules of procedure (TATIB) of the deliberation, [7] Minutes of the deliberation, [8] Short report (draft decision) of the deliberation, [9] Gathering community aspirations, [10] Managing community aspirations, [11] Compiling Official BPD Views, [12] Simulation of BPD meeting, [13] Simulation of Village Deliberations.

    5. Formulation of Village Medium-Term Development Plans (RPJMdes). The main topics practiced during the training include: [1] Mapping village resource potential, [2] Effect chain analysis, [3] Formulation of problem priorities, [4] Exploring community ideas using PRA assessment tools and resource approaches, [5] Reformulation (reformulation) of the village head's vision and mission, [6] Preparation of indicative programs/activities, [7] Formulation of policy direction of village development, [8] Preparation of the RPJMdes table, [9] Simulation of aspiration exploration (by BPD) and hamlet/group deliberations, [10] Simulation of village deliberation for the RPJMdes document draft.

    6. Procedures for Procurement of Goods/Services in the Village. The main topics practiced during the training include: [1] Village Head's Decree regarding the determination of activity implementation team (TPK), [2] Letter of request for offers and/or tender, [3] Letter of price offer, [4] Terms of reference (KAK), [5] Negotiation minutes, [6] Winner determination minutes, 7. Winner approval letter, 8. Agreement letter, [9] Work result handover letter, [10] Procurement results inspection minutes, [11] Payment minutes, [12] Minutes of receipt of procurement results from providers to TPK, [13] Minutes of receipt of procurement results from TPK to Kasi/Kaur, [14] Minutes of Receipt of Procurement Results from section head (KASI)/ affair head (KAUR), [15] Drawing design, [16] Basic calculation, [17] Total cost budget plan, [18] Recapitulation of cost budget plan, [19] Survey results of local material/equipment price, [20] Survey results of heavy equipment price, [21] Survey results of price, materials/tools and labor, [22] Results of price survey for manufacturing materials/equipment.

    7. Procedures for Inter-Village Cooperation. The main topics practiced during the training include: [1] Cooperation plan proposal (Prakarsa Desa), [2] Village Deliberation (Musdes) for discussion/approval of cooperation plans, [3] Village regulations on village cooperation, [4 ] Village Head's decision regarding the delegation team, [5] Inter-Village Deliberation (MAD) for discussion/approval of cooperation plans, [6] Joint Village Head Regulation regarding Inter-Village Cooperation (attachment: BKAD management structure and/BKAD SOP), [7] Implementation of activities cooperation between villages.
